  • Brief Job Description :
  • Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese Indonesian) during meetings, conferences, and other company activities.  
  • Where applicable, provide interpretation into English to facilitate communication with non-Japanese or non-Indonesian speakers.  
  • Translate business documents, emails, and presentations accurately and in a timely manner.  
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and agendas to ensure clarity and accuracy in communication.  
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information and discussions.  
  • Support Japanese expatriates in day-to-day communication with local staff and external stakeholders.  
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication flow within the organization.  
  • Stay updated with relevant industry terms, company jargon, and cultural nuances.
  • General Requirement :
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Communication, International Relations, or related fields.  
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and Good command of English (TOEFL/IELTS score preferred).  
  • Proven experience as an interpreter or translator in a corporate or business environment.  
  • Strong understanding of both Japanese and Indonesian culture and etiquette.  
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant communication tools.
  • Specific Requirement :
  • JLPT N2 certification.  
  • Experience working with Japanese executives in multinational companies.  
  • Knowledge of corporate and technical terminology related to manufacturing or trading.
