Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers from China and other Mandarin-speaking regions to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate daily with Chinese suppliers to negotiate prices, lead times, product specifications, and contract terms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new products, materials, and potential vendors aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor purchase orders, track shipment schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of all procurement requirements.
  • Review and verify product samples, quality reports, and compliance documents before bulk production.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and supplier databases.
  • Resolve supply issues, delays, or discrepancies through effective communication with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any background
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must for direct communication with suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain, and international trading terms (Incoterms).
