About the Role :

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Assistant to support our dental clinic's daily operations and ensure smooth communication with Mandarin-speaking patients and partners. This role requires a professional, service-oriented individual with strong communication and administrative skills to assist both clinical and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide translation and interpretation support for Mandarin-speaking patients during consultations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers or partners who use Mandarin.
  • Prepare and translate clinic documents, consent forms, and correspondence (Mandarin English/Indonesian).
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Administration, Communication, or related fields).
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or service industry is a plus.
