What You'll Be Doing?

• Lead all finance, accounting, and controlling functions for the country operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in line with group standards.
• Drive cost controlling and costing analysis to support profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory requirements in a pragmatic and business-focused manner.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights for decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and lead a capable finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth audits and compliance.
• Work closely with regional and global finance teams to support alignment, standardization, and best practice implementation.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience
  , with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong track record in
  multinational company environments
  .
• Expertise in
  SAP (FI/CO modules), controlling, and costing
  .
• Proven experience in
  manufacturing finance
  ; oleochemical sector exposure is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of financial regulations, tax practices, and statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English.
