We welcome motivated and potential Fresh Graduates/Associates to join and grow with us as Management Trainee (MT) - Audit & Control in our growing Agriculture organization.

MT's will be train & works under supervision of Internal audit department during the MT program with in-class & On the Job Training.

You will be responsible for:

  • learn & understand how the business operates,
  • Supporting superior with various tasks, learning to evaluate performance
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

What you could offer:

• Bachelor or Master degree with major in Finance/Accounting/Engineering/ Business/Law/Agroeconomic and other relevant disciplines.

• Fresh Graduates or early career professional with max 3 year working experiences in relevant function (e.g. Finance & Accounting, Audit etc.)

• Being active in organizational activities during college / school

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skill.

• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Passionate to work in financial audit / controller function.

• Positive, proactive and trustworthy.

• Adaptable and willing to be placed in Pontianak / Pekanbaru
