About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to join our dynamic team at PT SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA. As the HCBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our company by partnering closely with our business leaders and providing tailored HR solutions. This is a full-time position based in Padang, Sumatera Barat.
What you'll be doing
- Implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and strategy
- Provide strategic support to Regional Manager related to HR operations and management
- Manage employee relations, productivity, training programs, and employee development
- Ensure fulfillment of manpower needs at the regional level
- Maintain cooperation and monitor vendor performance, including outsourcing partners in the region
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary cases or fraud
- Facilitate engagement programs to increase employee retention and satisfaction
- Control compliance with safety and health management in the region
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
- Proactive, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work closely with management and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Willing to visit hubs to conduct onboarding, engagement events, and investigations
