Quality Management System (QMS) Manager

Mayapada Laboratory Network, a Division of Mayapada Healthcare Group, is seeking an experienced professional to join us as a
Quality Management System (QMS) Manager
.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our laboratory network meets national and international quality standards while driving continuous improvement to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, standardize, and maintain laboratory SOPs according to regulations and operational needs.
  • Establish and oversee laboratory quality standards in compliance with
    ISO 15189:2022
    , hospital accreditation, and
    JCI
    requirements.
  • Manage the ISO 15189:2022 accreditation process and ensure compliance across all units.
  • Implement and monitor
    PDSA
    methodology for continuous quality improvement.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of laboratory guidelines to ensure alignment with the latest regulations and best practices.
  • Manage
    laboratory risk management
    ,
    IQC/EQC programs
    , and perform
    internal audits
    .
  • Lead strategic projects assigned by management or corporate leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Medical Laboratory Technology, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in a healthcare institution, with at least
    1 year in a Quality Management System role
    .
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and accreditation:
    ISO 15189
    ,
    ISO 9001
    ,
    JCI
    , and hospital accreditation.
  • Strong
    leadership, data analysis, and communication skills
    .
  • Core skills:

Managerial:
Leadership, strategic planning, decision-making.

Technical:
Quality assurance, quality control, risk management, PDSA, internal audits.

Interpersonal:
Communication, negotiation, cross-department collaboration.
