Peranmu di infinID

Sebagai Customer Experience Staff, kamu akan menjadi sahabat pertama bagi pelanggan kami, orang yang mereka hubungi saat butuh jawaban, bantuan, atau sekadar kejelasan.

Kamu akan menangani berbagai pertanyaan seputar produk pinjaman, proses aplikasi, hingga pembayaran, sambil memastikan setiap percakapan tercatat rapi dan setiap masalah terselesaikan dengan baik.

Apa yang Akan Kamu Lakukan

  • Menjadi garda depan dalam melayani pelanggan melalui telepon, chat, email, dan media sosial.
  • Memberikan informasi yang jelas dan akurat tentang pinjaman, agunan, suku bunga, tenor, serta biaya terkait.
  • Mencatat setiap interaksi pelanggan ke dalam CRM atau sistem ticketing (Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk, dan sejenisnya).
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal seperti Product, Sales, dan Partnership untuk menyelesaikan isu yang lebih kompleks.
  • Memastikan setiap pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan terselesaikan dengan cepat dan tuntas.
  • Menjadi bagian dari upaya menjaga kepuasan pelanggan (NPS) melalui pelayanan yang empatik, solutif, dan profesional.

Yang Kami Cari

  • Lulusan Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan apa pun. Open to freshgraduate.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang customer service atau call center (pengalaman di keuangan atau perbankan adalah nilai tambah).
  • Terbiasa menggunakan CRM atau sistem ticketing seperti Zoho, Freshdesk, atau Zendesk.
  • Punya kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, cepat tanggap, dan mampu multitasking dengan baik.
  • Berorientasi pada pelanggan, punya sikap positif, dan benar-benar peduli terhadap pengalaman pengguna.
