- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal lainnya
Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan
- Minimal lulusan S1 dari Ilmu Komunikasi, Marketing, dan PR
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Customer experience, Marcomm, CRM, CLM, atau PR
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk reporting, presentasi, dan negosiasi
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang Ms. Office
- Mampu mengoperasikan MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze, dll
