Tanggung Jawab Utama:


• Merencanakan, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan terkait kebijakan dan prosedur HR & GA Departement.


• Menjalankan fungsi dan tugas GA.


• Menyusun dan mengupdate regulasi perusahaan terkait (Peraturan perusahaan, IK, SOP, IOM dan KPI)


• Mengelola proses rekrutmen, training & development, serta penilaian karyawan.


• Mengawasi dan mengelola fungsi-fungsi administrasi umum seperti : pengelolaan fasilitas, perizinan, pendaftaran dan pengadaan operasional.


• Melaksanakan sosialisasi terkait informasi/regulasi kepada karyawan


• Menyiapkan dan mengeluarkan surat peringatan (SP), PHK dan lainnya apabila karyawan bermasalah.


• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.


• Berkoordinasi dengan Pihak Yayasan (Outsourcing), Disnaker, Ormas dan pihak Eksternal lainya.

Kualifikasi:


• Memiliki gelar sarjana di bidang Manajemen SDM, Psikologi, Hukum


• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam peran HRGA Manager.


• Menguasai fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan SDM seperti pengelolaan rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan (People Development).


• Memiliki pengalaman dalam hubungan industrial.


• Memahami Hukum Ketenagakerjaan, K3 dan P3K.


• Memahami SOP dan kemampuan terkait kebijakan HR & GA Departement.


• Memahami pengelolaan penilaian pekerja dan program untuk people development.


• Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan dan problem solving yang kuat


• Berkelakuan baik, jujur, bertanggung jawab dan tegas


• Memiliki komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
