DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute workforce recruitment strategies (online/offline).

  2. Conduct selection processes, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

  3. Ensure the completeness and updating of personnel documents (employment contracts, attendance records, leave records, BPJS, etc.).

  4. Handle employee issues and mediate workplace conflicts.

  5. Handling warning letters, attendance issues, and code of conduct violations.

  6. Preparing monthly reports related to human resources (turnover, attendance, recruitment, training).

  7. Ensuring the security of employee personnel files in accordance with standards.

  8. Managing the office, building, and parking area.

  9. Handling employee time management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management.


• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, preferably with leadership experience.


• Proficient in labor laws, recruitment, and human resource development.


• Able to lead a team and communicate effectively.
