Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Business Development Intern, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation initiatives. You will also engage with potential clients, contribute to building relationships, and support efforts to improve customer service. Additionally, you will provide analytical insights to optimize business development strategies and participate in strategic planning for expanding company operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
  • Experience or skills in lead generation and market research
  • Customer service orientation and the capability to maintain positive client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Understanding of the logistics or energy industry is a plus
