International Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new international business opportunities to expand the company's global footprint
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to penetrate target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers and partners (distributors, etc)
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements to secure new business deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to international clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues
  • Provide regular reports on international business performance and pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field from a reputable university.
  • Fluency in English (ASEAN market) and Mandarin (China market).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development marketing or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry (snack & beverages).
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation skills, communication and interpersonal to build and manage relationships with global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective market entry strategies.
  • Willing to travel.
