We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager to lead our client expansion efforts into new markets, particularly focusing on China and the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving market penetration objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive market entry strategies for China and the US markets, identifying key opportunities and implementing plans for successful market penetration.
  2.  Cultivate and manage relationships with potential distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, negotiating and closing strategic partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing valuable insights for product positioning and marketing strategies.
  4. Drive sales initiatives, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets in the targeted markets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and successful execution of market entry strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience 5+ years in international business development within the FMCG industry, with a successful track record of entering and expanding into new markets, especially in China and the US.
  3. Fluency in English Mandatory and Mandarin is plus.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  5. Exceptional analytical abilities with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to travel as required.
