We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales POD. In this role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts, identifying and engaging ideal target customers, and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Sales Manager (SM) within your assigned pod.

You will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, using research, personalized outreach, and collaboration with marketing and product teams to open new opportunities in strategic accounts.

Job Description:Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and book discovery meetings.Lead Qualification: Apply qualification criteria to assess fit and intent, ensuring only high-quality leads are passed to the SM.Pipeline Generation: Maintain a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to feed your pod's sales pipeline.Research & Personalization: Conduct account and persona-level research to tailor outreach and maximize response rates.Pod Collaboration: Work closely with your Sales Manager and other team members to align efforts, share insights, and optimize conversion.CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all activity and insights in the CRM ( HubSpot), keeping pipeline and lead status up to date.Feedback Loop: Collaborate with commercial teams, marketing and product teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and customer needs.Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and SQLs generated.
Job Requirements:2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting (B2B SaaS preferred).
Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with new people.Resilient, curious, and comfortable with rejection in a high-velocity outbound environment.Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively.Proficient in sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo), and email automation platforms.Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow within a POD model.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (CFOs, finance leaders, etc.) in a professional, value-driven conversation.
