Infrastructure Support / Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Infrastructure Support dan Infrastructure Operations Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan stabilitas, keandalan, dan kinerja infrastruktur TI perusahaan. Tugas meliputi dukungan operasional harian, pemeliharaan sistem, pemantauan, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan terkait infrastruktur untuk menjaga tingkat layanan yang optimal di lingkungan produksi maupun non-produksi.

Infrastructure Support dan Operations Engineer akan melapor kepada Infrastructure Operations Manager atau IT Operations Lead, serta bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi termasuk application support, Jaringan, dan Keamanan Siber.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Manajemen Sistem Operasi

  • Melakukan penambalan atau patching terjadwal dan ad-hoc untuk server Windows dan Linux sesuai dengan kebijakan pemeliharaan dan persyaratan kepatuhan keamanan yang berlaku.
  • Memverifikasi keberhasilan penerapan patch, menelusuri dan memperbaiki kegagalan patching, serta berkoordinasi untuk tindakan perbaikan.
  • Menyimpan catatan dan laporan kepatuhan patching secara teratur.

Virtualisasi dan Infrastruktur Komputasi

  • Mengelola dan memelihara lingkungan virtualisasi menggunakan VMWare, ProxMox, atau platform virtualisasi setara.
  • Melakukan provisioning, konfigurasi, dan decommissioning mesin virtual (VM) sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Memantau performa host dan VM, pemanfaatan sumber daya, serta memastikan optimasi kapasitas.
  • Membantu dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan strategi backup dan disaster recovery untuk VM.

Pemantauan Sistem dan Manajemen Insiden

  • Memantau kondisi infrastruktur, kinerja sistem, dan ketersediaan menggunakan alat pemantauan standar.
  • Mengidentifikasi, mendiagnosis, dan menyelesaikan insiden serta peringatan atau alerts sistem sesuai tingkat layanan yang ditetapkan.
  • Mengeskalasi isu yang belum terselesaikan ke tim dukungan tingkat lanjut dan menindaklanjutinya hingga tuntas.

Pemeliharaan dan Dokumentasi

  • Melakukan pemeriksaan sistem rutin, pemeliharaan preventif, dan tugas kebersihan sistem (housekeeping).
  • Menjaga dokumentasi konfigurasi, proses, dan prosedur operasional agar tetap akurat dan terkini.
  • Berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan berkelanjutan dari standar dan proses operasional.

Dukungan Operasional dan Kerja Shift

  • Memberikan layanan dukungan infrastruktur selama shift kerja 8–10 jam, termasuk malam hari, akhir pekan, atau hari libur nasional sesuai jadwal rotasi.
  • Memastikan serah terima antar shift berjalan lancar melalui dokumentasi dan komunikasi yang tepat.
  • Menanggapi peringatan dan insiden secara cepat selama periode shift yang ditugaskan.

Kolaborasi dan Komunikasi

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim aplikasi, jaringan, dan keamanan untuk dukungan operasional lintas domain dan penyelesaian masalah.
  • Berpartisipasi dalam inisiatif peningkatan infrastruktur serta memberikan masukan dari perspektif operasional.

Hasil Kerja (Deliverables)

  • Penyelesaian siklus patching sistem operasi tepat waktu beserta laporan kepatuhan.
  • Laporan pemeriksaan kesehatan sistem harian/mingguan.
  • Catatan insiden dan perubahan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
  • Inventaris dan dokumentasi konfigurasi infrastruktur yang diperbarui.

Persyaratan

Keterampilan Teknis:

  • Pengetahuan kuat dalam administrasi sistem operasi Windows Server dan Linux.
  • Pengalaman langsung dengan teknologi virtualisasi seperti VMWare ESXi/vCenter, ProxMox, atau setara.
  • Familiar dengan alat manajemen patch, sistem pencadangan, dan platform pemantauan.

Keterampilan Non-Teknis

  • Keterampilan Organisasi: Mampu mengatur prioritas, mengelola waktu dengan efektif, dan menjaga dokumentasi yang terstruktur.

  • Keterampilan Komunikasi:

  • Wajib memahami dan mengikuti dokumentasi, prosedur, serta panduan teknis berbahasa Inggris.

  • Mampu berpartisipasi dalam diskusi verbal dengan tim internal dan eksternal.
  • Bisa membuat laporan, mendokumentasikan temuan, dan menyampaikan pembaruan secara tertulis dalam Bahasa Inggris.
