Job Description

  • Providing reliable supporting applications of ALTO critical applications.
  • Help Lead to Deliver Project and BAU quality and in time.
  • Maintain the resilience of supporting applications production environment to support business continuity.
  • Follow standards and best practices for Product Redis and Kafka and continuously improve it.
  • Supporting IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing the proper infrastructure and operations.
  • Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLACollaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS, Operations, AppSup on day-to-day issues and problems.
  • Help Lead to Determine team goals, setup plan and organize the action plans for the team to achieve.
  • Supporting other division activity when needed based on service requests
  • Perform Redis and Kafka configuration changes needed as per business requirement
  • Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLA
  • Supporting IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing the proper infrastructure and operations.
  • Collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS and Operations on day-to-day issues and problems.
  • Monthly review of the team compliance to the outlined procedures, rules and policies.
  • Makesure All Access and Changes at Production Area used PAM

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as IT Infra or similar position at least 1-2 year experience
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
  • Have Knowledge for Cloud Provider(AWS/GCP/Azure/etc)
  • Having experience in Confluent Cloud and SaaS Redis will be advantages
  • Having Confluent Cloud or Redis Certification will be advantages
  • Good Communication Skill
