Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for liaising with government agencies and leading the coordination of key processes such as bank account opening, construction and housing permits, fire safety inspections, and business registration. Track approval progress and maintain daily working relationships with local government departments (such as the Industrial Park Management Committee, Ministry of Manpower, etc.).
  2. Provide translation and documentation support, including written translation and on-site interpretation of China–Indonesia bilingual documents (contracts, permits, official letters). Assist the Chinese team with basic communication with local suppliers/service providers (mainly coordination for early-stage infrastructure projects).
  3. Provide compliance support by proactively collecting updates on local policies and regulations (such as requirements for setting up foreign-invested factories) and alerting the team about compliance risks.
  4. Support cross-cultural coordination by resolving misunderstandings between Chinese and foreign teams and delivering culturally sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  1. Mandatory Requirements

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree (any major; business, language, or law majors preferred).

  3. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration, translation, or client coordination (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
  4. Language: Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills.

  5. Core Personality Traits

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills: able to build trust with government officials and avoid confrontational communication.
