Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HRIS Project Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HRIS Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate current HR processes, designing improved workflows, and implementing new systems to optimize performance and efficiency. The role also includes providing leadership in vendor management, troubleshooting system issues, delivering employee training on HRIS functionalities, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) operations
  • Proven analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and the ability to design and manage processes that enhance employee satisfaction
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
