Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll
- Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, changes in employee status, and other data updates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and employee data management
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related payments
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll and HRIS systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing or HRIS system functionality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and HRIS systems to continually improve processes and systems
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive payroll information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS systems management
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with experience in implementing and managing a new system
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
