Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Staff located in Semarang. The Talent Acquisition Staff will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be involved in building and promoting employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates
  • Skills in Employer Branding and promoting the company as an employer of choice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus
