Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager focused on weddings. The position is located in Bali, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies to attract clients for wedding events, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, delivering high-quality services, and meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and build client relationships.
  • Event planning and coordination experience, specifically in managing wedding events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
  • Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and knowledge of marketing techniques for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality and event management industry, especially in luxury settings, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
