About the role

Are you a highly organised and creative individual with a passion for crafting unforgettable wedding experiences? We are seeking a talented Wedding Planner to join our team. As a full-time Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients' dream weddings, from concept to execution.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a cohesive, tailor-made wedding plan
• Source and liaise with trusted vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
• Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure all wedding-related activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise
• Oversee the execution of the wedding day, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to and the couple's vision is brought to life
• Continuously seek out new trends, ideas, and best practices to enhance the wedding planning experience and exceed client expectations

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in event planning or wedding coordination, with a proven track record of successfully managing events
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Creative flair and an eye for design, with the ability to translate client's visions into stunning, cohesive wedding experiences
• Familiarity with the local Bali wedding industry and established relationships with trusted vendors
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
