As an established operator and developer, we cater to one of the world's most sought-after wedding locations. We are seeking Head of Sacra to oversee the daily operations of Sacra (the wedding planning division of Intanah) to ensure seamless execution of weddings and events. This role involves managing and mentoring the team, maintaining operational excellence, handling client relations and complaints, overseeing administrative and financial processes, and continuously improving systems and workflows to support Sacra's growth and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong leadership and event management experience.
  • Excellent communication and team mentoring skills.
  • Skilled in client handling and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative and budgeting ability.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
  • Proactive, organized, and committed to service excellence.
