We're currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be part of an exciting journey to rethink construction through innovation and creativity—bringing real impact to how spaces are built across Indonesia.

AMODA Short Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for verifying and managing all aspects of the costing and financial management of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in cost verification, budget management, and contract administration will be key to the successful delivery of our projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Calculate work volume, Bill of Quantity (RAB) and Prepare Final Account.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential savings and advising on budget optimisation.
  • Support the preparation of tender submissions and respond to client queries.
  • Progress Monitoring.
  • Prepare Variation Orders.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Min. GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in construction projects.
  • Proficient in using design programs 2D & 3D, Ms. office, Auto CAD, RAB/BQ, and other management project programs.
  • Having good knowledge in structure, architecture, and civil interior material specification.
  • Able to estimate, verify, and validate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Able to work independently and positive attitude person.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
