Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as an Admissions Counselor Officer is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, maintaining effective communication with students and partner institutions, and assisting with application submissions. The role involves conducting consultations, presenting Studyzone's education services, and assisting in building and maintaining relationships with educational partners. It also requires supporting students in achieving their study abroad goals.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years of work experience
  • Strong administerial skills
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with students and partners
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and addressing client needs
  • Knowledge of Sales techniques to promote educational services to prospective students
  • Understanding of the Education sector, including international admissions processes and study abroad opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
