Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admission Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Admission Officer will be responsible for guiding students through the entire admissions process, including course recommendations, university applications, and assistance with visa processes. The role involves building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions, providing excellent customer service, and offering accurate information to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and institutional representatives
  • Experience with international admissions processes and in-depth knowledge of overseas education systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the admissions and enrollment journey
  • Background in education or related fields, with a commitment to ethical and student-centric guidance
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of visa processes and regulations is a significant advantage
