Role Overview

The Finance Manager oversees all financial aspects of Heritage Boutique Hotel and the Heritage Village villa operations. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and financial clarity throughout the pre-opening and operational phases. This role contributes directly to strategic planning, cost control and the financial success of the property. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to establish efficient systems, transparent reporting and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage accounting operations, payroll and financial reporting


• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow statements for hotel and villa operations


• Monitor and control operating costs across all departments


• Establish and oversee inventory control systems for F&B, housekeeping and operating supplies, ensuring accurate valuation, cost control and reporting


• Monitor stock variances and support regular stocktakes with department heads


• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and legal financial requirements


• Support the GM and leadership team with performance analysis and financial insights


• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain financial discipline


• Set up pre-opening financial structures including chart of accounts, vendor setup and payment flows


• Ensure accuracy and reliability in all financial documentation and reconciliations

Requirements


• Proven experience as Finance Manager or Business Controller in hospitality


• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting principles and Indonesian financial regulations


• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail


• Proficient in accounting software relevant to the hospitality industry


• Skilled in reporting, dashboarding and financial analysis


• Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a pre-opening environment


• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
