Admin Finance

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handling daily financial transactions, including processing payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments, as well as handle billing and collection for clients.
- Accurately enter and update financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets, maintaining organized and accessible records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and other documents, such as monthly reconciliations and tax forms.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Monitor income, expenses, and budgets.
- Process and manage petty cash transactions.
- Monitor bank balances and perform bank reconciliations.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting, such as managing and filing documents and handling general correspondence.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software is often required.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
- Placement in Kuta Bali
