Hacktiv8 is a bootcamp company that transforms beginners into qualified digital talents in Fullstack Development, Data Science, Data Analytics, Golang, and Performance Marketing. We are looking for an Operation Management Senior Staff to manage the program training.

Location: Pondok Indah, South Jakarta

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 months probation)

What You'll Do:

Work closely with sales and partnership teams to assess and identify training requirements for B2B or B2C clients, ensuring the initiation phase of projects aligns with client needs and expectations.

Lead the process of sourcing and managing instructors, trainers, or subject matter experts (SMEs) through talent pools or scouting, mirroring the planning and execution phases of project management.

Partner with the curriculum development team or SMEs to create comprehensive training materials, incorporating modules, activities, exercises, and tests

Conduct surveys and research to evaluate or identify opportunities for new programs, applying monitoring mechanisms to ensure the quality and relevance of training content, thus addressing potential project risks and quality requirements

Able to efficiently allocate resources such as class schedules, budgets, and instructors, to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Continuously review and refine project management processes and practices, seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.

Generate detailed project reports and maintain comprehensive documentation, focusing on accuracy and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information for decision-making and record-keeping.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimal 4 years of experience in managing projects across various stages of the project lifecycle.

Previous experience in edutech, telco, fintech, e-commerce are preferable

Proven track record of managing projects successfully, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex project data. Expected to utilize critical thinking to solve problems and make data-driven decisions

Attention to detail, have a great networking skills, strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Able to collaborate with a wide variety of people

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
