As an Area Operations Manager for our F&B vending machine company, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of vending machines within your designated area. Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:
- Direct and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to operational standards and efficiency in vending machine services.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.

3. Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to streamline operations and achieve business objectives.

- Proven experience as an Area Operations Manager in the vending machine or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful operations teams.
