We are looking for a
Landscape Leader
who will be responsible for supervising and maintaining all garden and landscape areas to ensure they are clean, well-kept, and meet aesthetic and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and coordinate the landscape/gardening team in daily maintenance activities such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, planting, and cleaning garden areas.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all landscape areas are in excellent condition.
  3. Create and manage work schedules and task assignments for the team.
  4. Report plant conditions, material requirements, and repair needs to the Supervisor/Manager.
  5. Ensure tools and materials are used safely and efficiently.
  6. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members on plant care and safety practices.
  7. Document daily or weekly maintenance reports, including before-and-after photos.

Qualifications

  1. Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or equivalent.
  2. Min. 2 years of experience as a
    Landscape Leader / Senior Gardener
    .
  3. Good knowledge of ornamental plants, pruning techniques, and basic irrigation systems.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  5. Honest, disciplined, and responsible in maintaining work quality.
  6. Willing to be assigned to project sites or operational areas as required.
