I. Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Possession of a locally recognized HR certification is preferred.

Work Experience:

At least four years of comprehensive human resources management experience in Indonesia, particularly in and around Tangerang.

Must have experience working in an e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing agency, with a deep understanding of the industry's operating models, job roles, and talent profile.

Local Knowledge and Network:

Must have an in-depth understanding of the Tangerang region, including but not limited to: labor market conditions, the distribution of major industrial areas, transportation and living costs, local regulations and labor practices, recruitment channels, and the local community ecosystem.

Must have a strong local network and be able to establish and maintain good relationships with local government labor departments, recruitment agencies, and training schools.

II. Core Skills and Resources

Industry Connections:

Must have access to an active and high-quality e-commerce talent pool, particularly direct connections to key positions such as TikTok livestreaming operations, Shopee/Lazada store operations, and Instagram content marketing. Bonus: Connected with local influencers, livestreamers, or e-commerce service providers, who can assist the company in connecting with resources.

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing:

Proficient in various recruitment channels, able to effectively leverage local social networks, online platforms, and offline connections for targeted recruitment.

Ability to independently design effective interview processes and assessment criteria for all e-commerce operations positions.

Language and Communication Skills:

Fluent English is a mandatory requirement, and must be used as a daily working language to communicate seamlessly, clearly, and effectively with multinational management both written and verbally.

Excellent negotiation, influencing, and coordination skills are required.

III. Scope of Responsibilities

Overall Recruitment Responsibility:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all company positions (with a focus on the e-commerce operations team), ensuring rapid and accurate filling of vacancies.

Proactively conduct talent mapping to proactively secure key talent for the company's strategic expansion.

Localization and Compliance:

Serve as the company's local representative, ensuring all HR practices fully comply with local Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Manage employee visas, work permits, labor contracts, and other matters to mitigate legal risks. Employee Relations and Culture Building:

Handle complex employee relations issues and serve as a bridge between management and employees.

Promote the development of a positive, inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values.
