Job Description

A dual-role position responsible for guest service and daily property maintenance.

You will handle guest check-ins, reservations, and communication while ensuring rooms and common areas are kept clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.

Requirements

Male or Female – must already be based in Bali.

Minimum one year of experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Villa Operations.

Minimum 12 months' continuous work in one company (with a work certificate).

Able to communicate well in English (spoken and written).

Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office; Bookandlink or other reservation systems is a plus).

Strong communication, hospitality, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.

Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

Flexible for shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Able to assist guests with luggage (up to 25 kg if required).

Responsibilities

Housekeeping

Clean and prepare rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily.

Change linens, towels, and manage laundry.

Maintain cleanliness in lobby and guest areas.

Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.

Refill amenities and ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Front Office

Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly.

Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest communication.

Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with housekeeping for timely room readiness.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues professionally.

Keep the reception and front area neat and organized.
