About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Apartment Supervisor in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure that all services and operations in the apartment are well organized (Five working days and two days off a week).
  • Establish and implement standards that are more than adequate. Starting from cleaning standards, guest service, service protocols, and team communication.
  • Conduct quality control for all staff and housekeeping cleaning, take all information to guests for all electrical equipment and usage of any items.
  • Help answer all guest questions in all situations and tell them about additional services the company has.
  • Actively coordinate with all levels of management and PICs for the success of work operations.
  • Assist in resolving any issues that arise from the operational team and be sensitive to team dynamics that occur in the work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • More than 2 years of experience in the same position as Supervisor/Junior Spv. in the hospitality industry
  • Minimum education Diploma in hospitality or hotel management (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Have good communication skills, able to build good relationships with fellow team members and management, be a two-way communication liaison between management and team.
  • Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way
  • Able to innovate well and according to procedures to provide real contributions to our management
  • Ability to communicate in English very fluently
