Responsibility

  • Plan and execute
    offline events, booths, and pop-up stores
    aligned with Mirael's brand and marketing strategy.
  • Manage event logistics, including layout, decoration, vendor coordination, permits, and mall/panel requirements.
  • Work closely with
    Brand, Marketing, Sales, and KOL teams
    to ensure campaign consistency across channels.
  • Handle
    vendor negotiations
    (decoration, printing, logistics, lighting, etc.) and maintain budget efficiency.
  • Create and monitor event
    timelines, checklists, and budgets
    to ensure smooth execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities: booth setup, team briefing, and real-time event operations.
  • Document events (photo/video) for reporting and social media purposes.
  • Prepare
    event performance reports
    (visitor traffic, sales, engagement, customer feedback, ROI).
  • Provide creative input and improvement ideas for future activations.

Requirements

  • Female, aged 22–30.
  • Minimum
    Diploma/Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or Public Relations.
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in
    Event Organizer / Brand Activation / Marketing Event
    roles.
  • Experienced in managing mall exhibitions, pop-up events, or beauty bazaars.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic field conditions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site during events.
  • Good visual sense (layout, booth design, product display).
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.
