Job Overview :
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of brand activation programs, manage key partnerships, and bring creative ideas to life through high-impact events and collaborative initiatives. You must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure every activation delivers a strong brand experience and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Activation & Event Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand events, activations, sponsorships, and on-ground activities.
- Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, timelines, production, and on-site operations.
- Ensure all activations deliver strong brand presence and memorable audience experiences.
Partnerships & Negotiation
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnership opportunities.
- Manage negotiation processes to secure favorable terms, added value, and brand alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, agencies, and external collaborators.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Collaborate with brand, digital, and creative teams to ensure cohesive 360° activation plans.
- Translate brand strategies into on-ground experiences and partnership-driven initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of partnership deliverables and brand guidelines.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, technical, etc.) to align activation goals.
- Develop clear timelines, briefs, and post-event evaluations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as event attendance, engagement, leads, partner value, and ROI.
- Provide post-event reports, analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
