Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Plan events (online and offline) with the best combination of quality and cost efficiency
  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Manage all event operations: supporting tools, merchandises, rundown, coordination with speakers, partners, and staff members
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports in system
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Evaluate event's success and submit reports
  • Lead and present the best of EF Adults' brand awareness and experiences to external parties.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients to grow our business

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Specialist, Project Manager (offline and online events)
  • Multitasker; able to work in target and deadline
  • Excel in project management, networking, communication, and negotiation
  • Adaptable & love to meet new people (good interpersonal skills)
  • Keen attention to details
  • Willing to travel and work in flexible hours.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred
  • Familiar with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Slides) and Microsoft excel, and other leads generation tools.
  • Target oriented (valid leads and other deliverables)
