We are looking for an
Accounting & Tax Specialist
to join our growing D2C business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax compliance, and supporting business operations across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and hands-on experience in accounting for retail, e-commerce, and inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Maintain and reconcile accounting records for daily retail and e-commerce transactions (including marketplaces, POS systems, and payment gateways).
  • Handle journal entries, accruals, and monthly closing processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily sales reports from both online and offline stores.
  • Reconcile bank statements, sales data, and third-party payment platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Shopify, Midtrans, Xendit).
  • Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with PSAK and company policies.
  • Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Taxation

  • Manage the preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4(2), and PPN).
  • Ensure accurate input and output tax reporting for both offline and online transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, particularly related to e-commerce and digital transactions.
  • Handle e-Faktur, e-SPT, and e-Bupot systems for tax reporting and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants and the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) when needed.
  • Provide tax advisory support to management to ensure efficiency and compliance in business decisions.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure all accounting and tax processes comply with Indonesian financial and tax regulations.
  • Support audits and provide accurate documentation to auditors and authorities.
  • Review and improve financial and operational procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to align financial practices with business activities.
