FINANCE ADMININSTRATOR

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

  • Melakukan aktivitas perbankan antara lain  monitor saldo rekening  di bank , melakukan proses maker payment,  melakukan komunikasi dengan pihak bank mengenai rate bunga deposito, pembelian valas, dll
  • Mengatur jadwal meeting dan membuat notulen rapat
  • Melakukan administrasi / surat menyurat
  • Menyiapkan laporan laporan yang dibutuhkan atasan
  • Melakukan filing  dokumen dengan rapi.

Kualifikasi

  • Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan Manajemen/ Akademi Sekretaris  dengan latar belakang SMA IPA/SMK Akuntansi , suka angka / hitungan.
  • Pengalaman kerja  min. 4   tahun  dibidang administrasi Finance ,  lebih disukai  apabila pernah memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai  Sekretaris Finance dan mengerti aktivitas perbankan.
  • Berpenampilan yang baik, cekatan dan daya ingat baik.
  • Luwes dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Rapi, teliti dan tekun.
  • Biasa kerja teratur ,  sistematis dan dengan deadline.
  • Bisa mengetik cepat dan mahir menggunakan komputer ( excel, word, powerpoint, dan email )
  • Bisa menyimpan rahasia , tekun dan tidak sensitif
  • Bertempat tinggal tidak jauh dari Kawasan Industri Pulo Gadung – Jakarta Timur  .
