A growing manufacturing company is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager (FAM)

This role reports directly to a hands-on, disciplined, and data-driven Managing Director who values accuracy, structure, and measurable results.

YOUR MISSION

To ensure every rupiah, report, and process reflects clarity, compliance, and control — while supporting the company's growth and long-term profitability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and manage all finance, accounting, tax, payroll, and administration functions.

Manage end-to-end finance operations, including payables, receivables, , journal entries, and monthly closings.

Handle cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital to support business stability.

Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, payroll, budgets, cash-flow forecasts and group consolidations.

Handle tax planning, audits, and statutory compliance, coordinating with tax consultants and authorities.

Maintain relationships with banks, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Strengthen internal systems, SOPs, and data discipline across departments.

  1. Build a small but capable finance team and improve efficiency.

Present clear, data-backed insights to the Board and shareholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA / Brevet A & B preferred).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting,  with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax (PPh, PPn, BPJS) and PSAK standards.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with demanding boss who value precision.

Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely reports and manage multi-entity operations.

High integrity, analytical mindset, and proactive leadership attitude.
