Client Relation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative activities and sales processes in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Contact customers to offer products and explain ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and looking for new customers, regularly conduct product offerings.
  • Prepare, store, and record sales documents such as sales orders and log books.
  • Create sales reports, customer program reports, and divisional reports for internal use.
  • Assist in customer validation processes.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved as determined by the company.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Relations, Customer Relationship, Customer Support, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of office administration and experience in sales processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fast learner with high motivation to work.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with good time management.
  • Target-oriented with strong focus on achieving performance results.
  • Willing to work at Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta.
