Are you enthusiastic about developing talent and enhancing skills in the hospitality sector? We are seeking a dedicated Employee Empowerment Trainer to join our client in Semarang, where youll play a vital role in shaping their workforce's future

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective execution of training initiatives.
  • Utilize various methodologies and techniques for impactful training sessions.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness and outcomes of training.
  • Manage training administration to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Present annual training results to stakeholders with insightful assessments.
  • Continuously review training programs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the latest training trends and methods to enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

  • A background in hospitality is essential to understand our specific training needs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training within the hospitality industry.
  • Must be located in Jakarta.
  • Proficient in identifying training needs and developing targeted programs.
  • Comfortable with various training methods, including workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
