We represent our client, a leading company in the transportation and logistics industry, specializing in shipping, 3PL, and freight forwarding. With innovative solutions and global expertise, they ensure secure, timely, and cost-effective deliveries worldwide. 

As a Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with clients, generating new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented professional with proven experience in the forwarding or shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in industries such as freight forwarding, shipping lines, factories, and trading companies.

  • Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, client visits, and effective account management.

  • Prepare and submit weekly visiting reports and bi-weekly sales reports to track progress and performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.

  • Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support business strategy.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the forwarding, shipping, or related industry.

  • Proven track record in sales with strong target-orientation and achievement.

  • Strong teamwork skills, good attitude, discipline, and honesty.

  • Willingness to work from the office (WFO) and actively engage in client-facing activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
