Role Description

As the Marketing Manager, you will be a key leader in our ambitious growth journey. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and foster customer loyalty. You will lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, including digital marketers, content creators, and telemarketing staff, to meet and exceed our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is ready to take on the challenge of a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to our expansion.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Campaign Management, and Market Research. You must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.

Skills: Strong proficiency in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO/SEM, paid ads, and content strategy. You should also be skilled in Content Creation and Marketing Material Design.

Soft Skills: You must possess strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. We are looking for a leader with Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: You should be proficient in relevant marketing tools and software.

Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
