Responsibilities

* Design, create, and execute manual test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

* Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

* Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

* Perform various testing types (e.g. functional, regression, integration, performance, sanity).

* Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to ensure high-quality product releases.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

* Proven experience in manual testing, including writing test cases, executing tests, and defect reporting.

* Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium).

* Knowledge of programming languages for automation (e.g. Java).

* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

* Understanding of software development life cycle and different testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify areas for improvement.

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
