Location: Jakarta | Internship (Full-Time, 6 Months)

Join us as a Business Support Intern (Office & Operations) and be part of a collaborative team that drives daily business efficiency.

In this role, you will:

  1. Assist with general administrative and operational activities.

Support procurement processes (office supplies, vendor coordination, purchasing).

  1. Manage and monitor office assets, inventory, and maintenance needs.

Prepare and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

  1. Help organize internal meetings, events, and company activities.

  2. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records.

  3. Provide day-to-day support for the Business Support / Operations team.

  4. Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  1. A final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably from Business Administration, Management, or related fields).

  2. Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in handling multiple tasks.

Possess strong communication and time-management skills.

  1. Able to prepare and format Minutes of Meeting (MoM) clearly and professionally.

  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace — especially Excel/Sheets (basic formulas & logic).

  3. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.

  4. Available for a full-time 6-month internship based in Jakarta.
