Manage the 24/7 Network and Data Center Operations. The role involves leading a team and ensuring the smooth running of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services, and is willing to work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of network & data center engineers.
  • Monitor and respond to network and system issues.
  • Work with other teams during emergencies.
  • Ensure systems are secure and meet service standards.
  • Help prevent future problems by analyzing incidents.
  • Keep records of all operations and incidents.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity.

Work in shifting arrangement. There are three shifts:

  • Shift 1: 07.00 – 15.00
  • Shift 2: 15.00 – 23.00
  • Shift 3: 23.00 – 07.00
  • Workdays follow a rotating shift schedule (5 working days and 2 days off, which may not necessarily fall on Saturdays and Sundays).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in network or IT operations/ NOC/ Data Center
  • Leadership experience is required (minimum 2 years experience in leading team)
  • Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Knowledge of networks, servers, and monitoring tools
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willing to work night and weekend shifts.
