Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Operations Supervisor - Broiler Commercial, located in
Lebak, Pantura & Priangan
. The Farm Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage farm staff, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising broiler production, analyzing operational data, and implementing best practices in farm management. Effective communication with the team and maintaining safety and hygiene standards are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficient in farm operations and production management
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or related field
  • Relevant experience in poultry farming is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Lebak Banten, Pantura, Priangan.
