Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bandung for a Supervisor Accounting & Finance. The role involves overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The supervisor will also monitor financial operations, provide valuable insights for financial planning, and ensure accuracy in financial data. Additionally, the role requires team management responsibilities to ensure productive collaboration within the accounting and finance team.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
  • Proficiency in handling Finance-related tasks and Analytical Skills for accurate decision-making
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with team members
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the textile manufacturing industry is considered a plus
